The Team
The People Behind SyncLab
SyncLab is built on collaboration. At its core is a founding team of professionals from diverse backgrounds in cinema, sound engineering, broadcasting, physics, research, and filmmaking. Around them is a growing network of talented collaborators who contribute their expertise across productions, research initiatives, and creative partnerships.
Introduction
SyncLab was founded by a group of professionals united by a shared belief — that great cinematic sound is created through collaboration, curiosity, and uncompromising craftsmanship.
While this page introduces the founding team, SyncLab's work extends far beyond these individuals. Every project is shaped by a wider community of sound professionals, filmmakers, technicians, engineers, researchers, assistants, and creative collaborators who contribute their skills and experience to every production.

What Connects Us
Different Journeys. One Philosophy.
Every member of SyncLab brings a unique journey, perspective, and discipline to the studio.
Some come from production sound. Some from post-production. Some from engineering, filmmaking, broadcasting, research, and acoustics.
What unites us is not where we started — but the pursuit of excellence, technical integrity, and respect for the craft.
That shared philosophy defines every project that leaves SyncLab.
Many Disciplines.
One Standard.
SyncLab brings together specialists across production sound, post-production, Dolby Atmos mixing, equipment systems, acoustics, and research.
Each contributor adds a different perspective, while working toward one common goal: creating cinematic sound that is technically precise, emotionally compelling, and uncompromising in quality.
This multidisciplinary approach is what makes SyncLab more than a conventional post-production studio.
